Upon completion of the Foundations of Real Estate Management Certificate Program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion and 30 hours of renewal and/or continuing professional development credits toward industry credentials including the CMCP, RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, CPM, and CCM. The CE hours may also be applied to real estate license renewal in states that allow self-reporting.
This course fulfills the 30 hours of verifiable education in commercial property management required to take the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP®) exam.
