A maximum of two Allied memberships will be allowed per company. In order to remain a member in good standing, the below criteria must be met by each Allied Member:
 
  • Each member company is required to provide financial sponsorship for at least one event per calendar year.
  • Each Allied Member is required to provide at least eight hours of volunteer time through active participation on a committee or at a BOMA event.

Our Allied Members are an important part of the success of BOMA/Raleigh-Durham, and we need your participation in our federation.

In addition, there is a very long waiting list of vendors who wish to become active, contributing members of the organization. To that end, the Board has made the decision that when an Allied Member does not participate per the policy, their membership privileges will be reviewed by the Board and could possibly be revoked. This would result in that member having to go to the bottom of the waiting list should they wish to rejoin.
