Membership Applications

 

Available to companies and individuals whose primary duties are to provide related services and/or equipment or goods used in the maintenance or operation of commercial real estate or companies. This category also includes companies or individuals who place such services or equipment in commercial real estate to be used by tenants. Allied Members are required to sign our Annual Allied Policy to remain in good standing every year.

 

 

Designated for those individuals, firms, or corporations who own, manage, lease or act as a brokerage agent for a commercial, non-residential property of the corporation.

 

 

1-2 year program designed for individuals new to the property management industry, who are looking for a way to grow professionally with mentorship. This program provides limited access to BOMA events and meetings. We start accepting applications for this program in December every year. The Program runs from February to December each calendar year.

 

 

Designated for individuals who are full-time Building Engineers and Technicians at organizations with a BOMA RDU Principal member.
Annual Membership is $150/year.
Applications open on November 1st and close on December 31st.
