Eligibility: Open to all Building Engineers and Technicians employed full-time at a commercial real estate organization, so long as the organization has an existing principal member (i.e. Property Manager). The Principal member must have an active membership and dues paid in full. Membership runs from January to December each calendar year.
Annual Membership is $150/year.
Applications open on November 1st and close on December 31st.
