The purpose of this scholarship is to promote professional growth through education, networking, and certification. 2026 BOMA SRC Scholarship Nashville, TN - (3) Principal Member: Allowance of $2,000 - (2) Allied Member: Allowance of $2,000 Requirements: - Must attend the conference from Thursday, April 23rd - Saturday, April 25th (check out on Sunday, April 26th), including the TOBY Banquet. The BOMA member must attend all meetings, educational sessions, and evening events with the BOMA/Raleigh-Durham Executive Committee. - The nominee must present a letter or email from their supervisor approving and supporting their time away from work. This should include reasons for consideration for a scholarship, such as being a first-time attendee, a nominee or winner of the TOBY/Pacesetter award, or your interest in expanding your role within BOMA. - Please note that reimbursement will be sent following the SRC, once it has been confirmed that all requirements have been met. Estimated Costs: - Registration: $550.00 (before February 28, 2026); $650.00 thereafter. - Air/Mileage: $400.00; Hotel: $319 for 3 nights + taxes and fees - Rough Total Estimate: $2,200.00 Applications due COB on Friday, February 20th, 2026. *Please note that BOMA/Raleigh-Durham recognizes the importance of developing future leaders. Based on available funds, the BOMA/Raleigh-Durham Board of Directors will determine the number and amount of scholarships awarded annually.* The following policy clarifies the scholarship items for which BOMA will reimburse: - Attendees will pay all upfront costs for travel. - Attendees are required to attend all educational and speaker sessions. - Attendees must check in with a Board member at each session. - Scholarships can be used for registration, travel, and accommodations. Any other Conference costs are the sole responsibility of the awardee. However, not a requirement but preference is given to 1st time SRC attendees, and members who are actively involved in BOMA Raleigh-Durham.
