BOMA SRC 2025 Registration

When: 4/3/2025 - 4/5/2025 BOMA Raleigh-Durham is thrilled that it will host the BOMA Southern Region Regional Conference from April 3-5, 2025, in Raleigh, NC. Sponsored by Valcourt Group, this prestigious annual event attracts nearly 300 professionals from the region, all seeking valuable insights and networking opportunities. The conference will also feature the regional TOBY awards competition. This will be an exciting and valuable conference.

Full Conference Registration

• Early bird registration: $525 (ends February 28)
• March 1 - April 1 registration: $600 
• Registration rates applicable to all current members (and their colleagues/employees) of a BOMA local association.
• Includes ALL conference events: education sessions, Thursday night BOMA SRC Welcome Reception, Friday breakfast and lunch, Friday BOMA SRC Happy Hour, Saturday breakfast, TOBY Award Reception and the Awards dinner.
• Only registered individuals with badges may attend conference events and meal functions. 
• Registration closes 3 pm Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
• No refunds or substitutions after this date.

 

TOBY Awards Only

• Early bird ticket: $200 (ends February 28)
• March 1 - April 1 ticket: $250
• Ticket price applicable to all current members (and their colleagues/employees) of a BOMA local association.
• Ticket includes access to the TOBY Reception and the TOBY Awards Dinner only.
• Badge required to enter; will be given at registration that evening.
• Registration closes 3 pm, Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
• No refunds or substitutions after this date.
