Description:
Foundations is designed to provide learners with practitioner-level training in essential real estate management skills. The program was developed for early career real estate professionals, but Foundations benefits everyone on your team, including:

Early career real estate managers
Administrative and support staff
College students and candidates exploring careers in commercial real estate
Analysts and asset managers
Building engineering team members
Vendors who want to understand real estate management
Even the most seasoned real estate managers will take away “something new” from every session.

Foundations helps learners better understand the "nuts and bolts" of real estate management – focusing on the role of property/facilities management and its impact on asset value.  In most cases, learners can immediately apply the knowledge they obtained from the Foundations of Real Estate Management course when they return to the office the very next day. The ROI from this course is immediate and significant.

Foundations was created in 2007, and thousands of real estate professionals worldwide have given it rave reviews. The course was revamped in 2022 to ensure the content is relevant for today’s real estate managers.

Course Dates are on the following days

May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, May 29, and June 5

Upon completion of the Foundations of Real Estate Management Certificate Program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion and 30 hours of renewal and/or continuing professional development credits toward industry credentials including the CMCPRPAFMASMASMT, CPM, and CCM. The CE hours may also be applied to real estate license renewal in states that allow self-reporting.

This course fulfills the 30 hours of verifiable education in commercial property management required to take the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP®) exam.
