Protocol for Vendors

The mission of BOMA / Raleigh-Durham is to enhance the professionalism and ethics in the commercial real estate industry and to support its members through education, advocacy and the development of strategic relationships.

The Allied member agrees not to use BOMA events as a place to promote or solicit their products or services without prior approval of the governing board.

Sales information may not be handed out unless you are the spotlight speaker for that meeting.  

Business cards can be handed out but only when asked for by a Property Manager and/ or Business Owner.

The Allied member should utilize BOMA events as a place to build and foster strategic business relationships that will enhance their ability to sell products and/or services to the membership.  Allied members should be a valued and trusted resource for the BOMA/Raleigh-Durham association.
