Geoffrey M. Wardle is a partner with Clark Wardle LLP, a firm of development attorneys in Boise, Idaho.  He is also the founder of MoRE for Nonprofits, a consultancy providing real estate management services to nonprofit entities.  He previously was Vice President of Development and General Counsel for a regional developer with a portfolio of commercial, retail, and medical properties throughout Utah and Idaho. 

His legal practice focuses on commercial development, land use and zoning issues, hospitality and entertainment, and transportation. He has represented individuals and governmental entities in a variety of regulatory, land-use, transportation, and building code matters and as land-use litigation counsel to a resort municipality.  He has appeared on behalf of his clients before the Idaho Supreme Court on multiple occasions. Geoff also regularly represents nonprofit entities working in the housing sector to ensure shelter and housing for all, and has been recognized for his efforts by Interfaith Sanctuary Housing Services and the International Rescue Committee. 

He has previously served on the Executive Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, has served as the Chair of BOMA's Government Affairs Committee, and served as BOMA's invited designee on the committee that developed ASHRAE's publication "Designing for Operational Excellence".

Geoff is also both a BOMA Fellow and a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.   He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a contributing editor to the Case Western Reserve Law Review. 

Wesley Wightman, is a Senior Civil Professional Engineer at Tract with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and complex capital projects, including hyperscale data center development and utility master planning. He also has extensive experience with data center cooling-water systems, water treatment systems, both public works facilities and data center cooling specific treatment works, infrastructure resiliency, and sustainable resource management.

Before joining Tract, Wesley led all water treatment, civil engineering, and infrastructure initiatives across Apple's global data center portfolio. His work included developing utility capacity and master-planning tools, establishing water-quality standards, and implementing innovative treatment and operational strategies. These initiatives reduced annual water consumption at multiple facilities and substantially reduced cooling-water chemical use.

Wesley has led or supported infrastructure programs representing more than $3 billion in capital investment across the United States, Asia, and Europe. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Nevada and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He also serves on the board of the 7x24 Exchange Central Virginia Chapter and has spoken at industry events including the Global Water Summit and UltraFacility Conference.
