In addition to the following BOMA Raleigh-Durham Awards Ceremony, we are hosting the Annual Tricky Tray Basket raffle.
TOBY Awards
The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green" policies and procedures.
TOBY LEVELS OF COMPETITION
The competition consists of three levels. The competition begins at the BOMA local association level, winning entries advance from there to the regional level, and finally, regional winners advance to the international level. Pacesetter Awards
The Pacesetter Awards celebrate outstanding individuals and companies within the BOMA Raleigh-Durham community who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the commercial real estate industry. This annual event recognizes those making a significant impact, from property managers to young professionals, highlighting their contributions and inspiring excellence in the field.

Admission to this event is Free for Members. However, we have a limited capacity for this event, so please be thoughtful with your registration and make modifications to your registration if necessary. The new website allows the ability to cancel/modify guests, etc., with your registration in your BOMA account. We understand things happen, and hope that this modification allowance helps us all make for a successful event!
TOBY/Holiday Banquet guest allowances are below. Guest Tickets are $75.00/pp.

TOBY Nominee - up to 5 guests per building, including BOMA Member.
Pacesetter Nominee - 1 guest (If the nominee is not a member, the Nominating Member will be able to register them in addition to their guest).
Hotel Rooms are available if you wish to stay overnight!
Check with Westin for booking. Must acknowledge room block for BOMA RDU for discount.
Room rate at $299/night plus tax and service fees.

Tricky Tray Drawings - This year's President's chosen Charity is Gigi's Playhouse Raleigh.
It's the season of giving, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to win fantastic baskets, each valued at over $250, by purchasing Tricky Tray tickets! These tickets allow you to enter your name into a drawing for the prize of your choice throughout the venue.
